Rescheduling & Cancellations

48+ hours' notice: you can reschedule, and your deposit moves to your new appointment.

Less than 48 hours' notice: your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook.

Less than 12 hours' notice or no-show: a flat $100 fee applies. Your deposit counts toward this fee, and the remaining $50 must be paid before booking again.
Late Arrivals

More than 10 minutes late: a $20 late fee is added.

20+ minutes late: your appointment may be cancelled and the full amount charged.
